Hey y'all! I'm back with another food post!
My husband and I decided to make a dish to put on the table for my family's Christmas dinner. We want to create our own traditions without impeding on theirs, plus making a a Christmas menu for when we get a place of our own. This year, my husband decided to make a Cajun Chicken Salad, but he was bound and determined to find the perfect cajun dressing recipe to make from scratch. So, low and behold, we made (and taste tasted) the perfect salad dressing!

The only adjustment we made was one extra teaspoon of cajun, so instead of 2 teaspoons, we put 3 in the dressing. It's not too spicy and has the right amount of tang that we were looking for. Overall, it was an aboluste hit with our tastebuds and everyone else's! They insisted that we make a double batch of his Cajun Chicken Salad next year!
